Everything was perfect, including incredible staff in all areas. Overall it was impeccably clean for my travel kettle. The location was great and gorgeous yet it was right at downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. A local supermarket and local supermarkets were right next door.

The location of the apartments is fantastic, close to Cala Blanca beach, beautiful coves, and a convenient supermarket. We enjoyed visiting The Blarney Stone for a drink or two, which was just a short 10-15 minute walk from the apartment.

The rooms here are modern and the beds are super cozy, perfect for a goodnight's sleep. And let's not forget the amazing views you get to wake up to! 🌅 Plus, all the staff are so friendly and nice, making your stay even better.

All nice, everything you need for the trip. The rooms are airy and tidy and have incredible view of the sea. The staff is really good as well as hotel's owner.

Pleasant Surprise!

I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews, but my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was great, with stunning views of the sea during the sunset. The pools were clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although there was no air conditioning, the ceiling fan kept us cool enough. The staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and served tasty food.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was inconvenient, and the absence of a set price for meals caused some confusion.

What we liked the most was the location as it was very close to the city and neighborhood of absolute tranquility. We went to disconnect and we fulfilled it more than anything else. Besides there were also restaurants where to dine nearby although particularly we did not try any since we used to go to Ciudadela which is about 10 minutes away by car. There are tourist coves near the very nice apartments and virgins are not far away either by car. We went in couple and it is a place that we would repeat

only inconvenience I would put to the apartment is that there is no air conditioning and we were in a week of heat wave and there were hours of the day where we had a bad time, even so there were a couple of fans that made the heat a little lighter. Another problem that I could also say is that the reception is not open at night so if something happens during the night you have to deal with it anyway, we had a problem with the fridge and restaurant had to solve it because they were still open.

The great location. It's in a very quiet urbanization 10 minutes drive from Ciudadela. We had an apartment with terrace and perfect sea and pool views. The apartment is quite spacious and you can't hear the neighbors of the adjacent apartments. The basic decoration, without more, you can not ask more for that price, location and views. The staff is very nice. I want to emphasize the treatment of the family that runs the restaurant, they are a love and eat show for a good price. They do not have parking but we park every day in the same street or in the parallel in the middle of summer. Compared to other apartments we have seen, very good value for money. If one day we return we will repeat.

The cleanliness can be improved, at least as far as the kitchen utensils are concerned. On the first day we washed everything (be careful, they weren't disgusting, but they needed to be re-washed). I have no doubt that the staff will do their best... maybe it's a lot of apartments for a few workers. The rest of the apartment was fine. To improve something else I would say that it had an oven, in short stays an oven solves a lot.

Had neat, airy room with great for stashing water, ceiling fan, for example. It was in a stunning and particularly good location over the sea. And we were just next door to different beaches in 15-20 minutes, bars & restaurants, and super markets.

The location is fantastic, near the town, shops, 2 beautiful beaches, and restaurants/pubs. The apartment had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, such as an electric hob, refrigerator, and kitchenware.

The location of the apartment is stunning, right on the cliffs edge, offering breathtaking views of the beautiful ocean. We enjoyed watching the sunsets every evening. it is conveniently situated within walking distance of the old capital Cuitadella, where we had a great time exploring and trying out local restaurants.

One downside was that our room was located right next to the bins and we were woken up twice by early collections, which was quite disruptive to our sleep.

Location

Disappointing travelers with the type of room you book. I booked a room overlooking the sea and was given a room on the ground floor overlooking the pool. I was disappointed. When I went to ask for explanations to the reception, they told me that this room on the ground floor was within the typology with views, since according to them "when you go out to the terrace you can see the Sea" LIE. You have to get a little closer to the pool area, where all guests can access and then .. What exclusivity had to pay for sea views? Summary: I did not change my room because "the receptionist had little time and could not make decisions" . The 180 Euros that the night costs is due to the time we are in, as the facilities leave a lot to be desired. Obviously, they are in a privileged location and that has an influence, but not on its own merits.

The location is a quiet urbanization and it is very well parked. There are two beautiful beaches nearby, Cala Blanca and Santandria, ideal for children. The restaurant, the restaurant staff very well. The food is very good! and the quality is very good. The swimming pool with sea views.

I didn't like that my apartment is right where there is a bathroom area... the teenagers meet there in the evenings with music and talking right under my apartment,... if you are looking for total rest or a nap... best thing is to ask for a quiet room, not 106, to be given an apartment located somewhere else. I didn't like that it's an apartment to be able to cook and kitchen is old and doesn't work 100%.. they don't give you pots and pans to do much either.. they should change the kitchen plate and kitchen tap that splashed water.. got your face wet when you cleaned the dishes.

No complains at all, overall excellent value place.
